Cancellation Policy

What happens if you are unable to make your appointment?

Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place, you will be subject to a rebooking charge  of $60.

To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment by emailing us at cd.reception@capitaldental.com.au, texting 0403 905 806 or calling our office at 02-62844980 during our working hours.

Patients who Fail to Attend might be refused another appointment or will be placed as a last patient on the day. If you failed to attend previously and now requiring an emergency treatment, we reserve the right to collect a booking fee of $60.

The patients who are having a long appointment might be asked to make a prepaid deposit of $60 minimum.

Please respect our time so that we can provide you and all our patients the best care possible.
